Safari tour explores Samburu, Shaba and Buffalo springs game reserves in northern Kenya. The scenic drive to Samburu is via five distinct climatic sub regions with views of local homesteads, coffee, tea, pineapple and subsistence farming activities.
Mount Kenya (Kenya’s highest mountain and national symbol) shall be seen. Tour is an opportunity to view unique wildlife species like Oryx, Gerenuk, Somali Ostrich, Grevy’s zebra, Reticulated giraffe and other wild animals peculiar to this semi-arid region.
Accommodation is provided in optional economy, standard or luxury safari lodges and tented camps. Transport is in customized open top safari mini-vans. Option of a 4 x 4 Land cruiser jeep is at a supplementary cost.

The day shall be spent with game viewing drives / relaxing interludes at the Samburu game reserve. Game viewing drives in this dry and scenic game reserve are concentrated along the banks of the Ewaso Nyiro River. This is where most wildlife is found. Elephant, Giraffe, Zebra, Lion, Cheetah, Buffalo, Oryx and other animal species may be seen. Overnight at your Samburu luxury lodge or tented camp.
